To delete your DrillStreak account and all associated data, email support@drillstreak.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll confirm your identity and delete your account within a reasonable time.
What's deleted: your account, player profiles, drill completions, badges, team memberships and messages, and display name.
What's retained, and why: subscription/payment records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details.
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data — a player profile, custom drill, team, logged completion, or challenge can each be deleted directly within the app.
