These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DrillStreak mobile application (the "App"), operated by [Jay Watt, sole proprietor — update if operating under a formal business entity] ("DrillStreak," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are creating a player profile for a child, you're confirming you're that child's parent or legal guardian and agreeing to these Terms on their behalf.
DrillStreak lets a coach assign training drills to a roster, and lets players (or a parent, for younger players) log completed drills to track a consistency streak. It is a tracking and accountability tool. It is not a certified coaching, medical, or fitness program.
Don't use the App to harass another user, impersonate someone else, create fake player profiles to abuse the free tier, or attempt to access another account's data outside the roster-visibility feature described in the Privacy Policy.
The DrillStreak name, logo, and default drill library are owned by us. Custom drills you create remain yours to edit or delete; you grant us the license needed to store and display that content back to you and, where applicable, to the coach whose roster you're on.
The App is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any drill, streak calculation, or feature will be fault-free. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App's content, including a coach's choice of drills or a player's training plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrillStreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including — without limitation — injuries arising from physical training. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Utah — confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you in the App.
